We routinely produce flat and crowned rolls in a wide range of sizes and lengths. Some of the materials we use to cover rollers are polyurethane, natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, silicone, and SBR. Our maximum diameter for a rubber or polyurethane covered roller is 22". Our maximum length is 110". Close tolerances are no problem. We have no minimum order quantity.
